🧬 Flask Track Docs

First Access

To hit the ground running we've collected the most intuitive initial steps for you to get your organization up and running quickly and coherantly.

View Reviewable Entities

On registration we have boot strapped your organization with some common ingredients/tools/species/plasmids and some common example protocols and workflows, they are general approaches that should be updated if necessary and marked reviewed once they are to your organizations satisfaction and ready to be used in the system for real batches and samples. Anything you don't need can be deleted now to keep your workspace clean.

Reivew Drafts

Visit the Review Drafts section to view all reviewable entities, any new protocols, workflows or materials that are created and now marked as review will show up here to be show and be marked reviewed/deleted as needed with a proper audit trail for historical understanding.

AI Imports

AI workflow imports will create the tools/materials as well as the protocols and workflow derived from an uploaded research paper, these are marked as AI imported in the UI and will also be placed as a draft for review before allowing them to be used in a live batch - AI can often make mistakes when importing from a raw research paper, so they should ALWAYS be inspected and reviewed manually after import

Review Compliance Documentation and Configurations

On registration we have boot strapped your organization with some common compliance documentation - these are simple templates and should be immediately updated to include the relevant informational headers:

Document Owner: [Organization Name]
Policy ID: AGRO-001
Version: 1.0
Effective Date: [Insert Date]
Last Review Date: [Insert Date]
Approved By: [Insert Approver Name/Role]

Edit and index

Clicking into the organization file viewer you will see the files grouped by type of assocatied entity, or Other for system wide and associated files. You can view and edit these files from here as well as if desired add these to your knowledge base so your LLM Assistant becomes aware of the contents when being asked.
