All automated actions:

• Are authenticated and logged
• Are attributed to an organization and user
• Carry the same responsibility as manual actions

Automation does not remove accountability.

Customers are responsible for:

• Validating automation logic
• Monitoring automated activity
• Ensuring compliance requirements are met
