By using Flask Track, customers agree to:

• Configure compliance rules appropriately
• Retain responsibility for regulatory interpretation

Flask Track does not guarantee regulatory compliance outcomes.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular regulatory regime.
