It contains design projects, sequence versions, features, primers, PCR analyses, and assemblies.

Plasmid catalog

The plasmid catalog answers:

What plasmid is approved for operational use?

Catalog records expose stable identity and released molecular information to the rest of FlaskTrack.

Draft fragments or experimental sequence revisions should not be treated as finished catalog plasmids.

Catalog summaries

A plasmid can surface release metadata such as released sequence version, sequence length, sequence hash, topology, release date, releasing user, and feature-derived summaries.

The released sequence version remains the precise molecular record.

Downstream use

Once a plasmid is released into the catalog it can participate in protocols, workflows, strain relationships, inventory, samples, batches, compliance, and audit views.
